The choice is yours:

Send an email to hello@morganebouiller.fr and explain directly in your message what you'd like me to do.

I will then send you a quote.

Once I have received your quote, if you approve it, I will then ask you to include photos of your pet(s) if you have not already done so. Clear, well-lit photos (preferably in natural light) are essential to enable me to create a quality painting.

To reserve your painting, you can make a 50% deposit via bank transfer or Paypal (even without an account, an email request for payment is possible), or in cash. Cheques are reserved for customers based in France.

Once your painting is finished, we'll send you photos to make sure you're satisfied before you pay the balance. Payments can be made by Paypal, cheque, cash or bank transfer for France. In the European Economic Area and Switzerland, payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. For other countries, only Paypal can be used for payment.

I will ship your painting safely once the balance has been paid. The waiting time may vary between 4 and 8 weeks depending on availability. If you need your painting urgently, please let me know.

Prices and dimensions: prices include free delivery with tracking in France from €100, in all other countries from €200. Prices may vary slightly according to currency conversion in your country (outside the euro zone).

N.B.: If you'd like to give a personalized watercolor as a gift, but don't have the necessary photos, offer a gift card! The recipient can then choose which photo of his or her pet to reproduce. Gift cards are available in various denominations and are valid for all orders, including personalized watercolors.
